Here is some more travel-themed inspiration for you! For the design team page kit this month, Laurie created a cute layout themed like a memory board (the kind with all the strings you can strap your photos onto)!
I absolutely love this globe-trotter pin point map Laurie created. It is such a cool way to remember the places she has traveled, and since it extends off the first page onto the second layout, it pulls the two pages together perfectly.
Notice the blue flower button on where Bangkok should be on the silhouette cut of Thailand? It matches the button Laurie used to pinpoint the location of the country on the first page of the layout- such a cool idea! I also like the way she has used a bit of the red string to circle the dates. You can use this idea with any place you have visited (maybe Mexico is a more common location?!) by putting the matching button on the place you went and using that city or country name as the title.
