Hello everyone! Today is the last day of May and we are sharing our final layout of the month. This one is from Lynette:
Isn’t this a beautiful photo? Not much is needed to make this photo stand out, but triple matting the photo also makes it stand out even more. The bottom mat is cut out with patterned paper that blends in with the background, but still adds another layer of dimension. Diecut flowers from the ephemera package and a few pieces of paper cut into tags add a nice cluster around the photo. The “happy” is diecut with a Heidi Swapp die, SookWang adhesive sheet, and glittered.
Lynette has added some wonderful details to her layout. Small flowers were cut out from patterned paper and added to the corner image on the “Greenhouse”Bobunny paper. Stickles were added to the center of the blossoms. A small cluster of die-cut flowers were also added to the right side of the layout.
Beautiful layout, Lynette!
Hope you all have enjoyed this month’s layouts, the colours looked beautiful in the store with the layouts displayed behind the counter.
We just received some wonderful stamps at the store from Darkroom Door, an Australian company. Here’s a sample of a few of the stamps received:
We all love the Gansai Tambi water-based pigment paints from Kuretake and their new Starry Colors 6 colour set are so yummy!
There are six different golds in this set, a perfect addition to their other colours. If you haven’t tried these paints, we can all agree here at Urban, they are our favourites! Besides the different sizes of sets, we also carry the single colour pans.
Some new paper collections in the store:
“Just Landed”, a new travel collection from Kaisercraft.
“Party Time” from Echo Park
“Real Genius” from Photoplay
Perfect for those school photos or thank you cards for teachers!
These are just a few new collections featured, come by and check out the store.
I believe some of the new Lawn Fawn stamps and dies have just arrived at store,
that’s worth a visit, don’t you agree?!
See you at the store, thanks for stopping by,
