Hello everyone!  Today we have Elaine’s April layout on the blog:

Elaine likes to use multiple photos on her layouts.  Yes, you see lots of pages with just one photo, and we all love them, but if you have a lot of photos to scrapbook it would take forever!  There are lots of ways to create great layouts with multiple photos.  There is often empty space in backgrounds or scenery in photos.  This space is perfect for overlapping photos, creating interest on your page and room for more photos.  Matting or double matting your photos with the same colour of paper, creates unity in the different photos.  We all try and match our cardstock colours perfectly with the papers we have chosen, but sometimes you need to use a bit more intense or darker/lighter shade to make that photo stand out.
Fantastic layout, Elaine!

 New at Urban

We have received not only new Memory Box and Poppy Stamp dies this week, but also Cheery Lynn Designs.  They have just released dies of Canadian Provinces.  As all of you here know, it’s really hard to find anything related to Canada in scrapbooking, so we think this is awesome!

Thanks for stopping by,
