Hello everyone!  Last week Kelly shared with you a few pics of her layout in progress and her scrapbooking process when creating her layouts.  Here’s her finished April layout:

Love how this turned out! Kelly has cut out her photos in hexagon shapes and continued the theme with die-cutting small hexagons and placing them on her layout.  The clouds are die cut with Poppy Stamps Scribble Cloud die and then the negative piece left from the die-cut is used as a stencil for her softly inked clouds.  The Poppy Stamps Brevilla House and Cozenza Tree dies are used for her wonderful little street scene.  Gorgeous layout, Kelly!

I’m sure you will be as excited as Kelly was when she saw all these new Memory Box and Poppy Stamps dies arrive at the store!  This is the first batch to arrive:

We can’t wait to see what everyone creates with these new dies.  See you soon at the store!
Have a great day,
The Urban Scrapbook

  1. Hi Alys ! You're the best bestie to leave such a fab message. Big hug! There's a story behind it all as you might have read at Kelly's Korner and since we love living in Riverdale, it was easier to see what I wanted to do with all the parts and pieces in the kit. I got lucky when the nostalgic Hostess was wearing an aqua dress! Kizmit xox K

  2. I love this layout! Those little trees with the floral background are the bee's knees. Your layouts are always so fanciful and fun, There is a lot of warmth and whimsy. I want to climb inside and explore the details.
